Athletic Shoulder framework - Translating shoulder test information into practice
-- Ben Ashworth --
In this PowerTalk, Ben Ashworth will present the ‘Athletic Shoulder Testing Framework’. This framework was designed to solve the problem of lack of objective data to guide decision-making around rehabilitation programming and implementation. It will be a highly practical orientated lecture with clinical representations. Practitioners will have the opportunity to explore specific components of shoulder testing, including tests of mobility work capacity force production and rate of force development using the test results.
Trials will inform the targeted conditioning for individuals recovering from surgery or injury and also healthy individuals aspiring to optimise their physical shoulder performance.
